The Blowhorn App referred to hereunder is owned by CatBus Info Labs Pvt. Ltd. with a registered office in Bangalore. The Blowhorn app will hereinafter be referred to as Blowhorn.
The terms of service mentioned on www.blowhorn.net will be applicable to the use of the Blowhorn App as well.
You can purchase the OnePlus One device (“Product”) through the Blowhorn App available on the app store.
The phone will be provided in the unopened sealed condition. You agree and understand that the product warranty and other quality/software issues or any other issues arising will be dealt with by One Plus directly or through its service partners, and the liability of Blowhorn is only limited to the delivery of phone to the customer and that Blowhorn’s liability ceases after the mentioned delivery.
Blowhorn will not under any circumstance accept phone packages as returns due to any reasons. Items once delivered will not under any circumstance be accepted as returns.
In the event that the customer has provided an inaccurate location on the app or incorrect personal details such as name or address or phone number, the liability arising out of the same will be the responsibility of the app user and not for any reason be counted against Blowhorn.
The Delivery guarantee is only valid during the mentioned offer dates, 8th,9th & 10th October 2015 subject to multiple considerations defined from time to time by Blowhorn.
Delivery guarantee is applicable at the first barrier point (security guard/reception etc.) or within 20 metres of customer whichever is earlier. 60 minutes or free is not applicable when delivery vehicle operating conditions are not suitable, this will be conveyed at the time of taking the order and if the operating conditions turn unfavourable at any point during the operations the same will lead to the nullification of service guarantee.
Blowhorn reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw at any given point in time the service guarantee at any given point without prior intimation.
Vehicle will arrive at geo-location shared by the customer via the app, and any natural/man-made difficulty in reaching the location will be treated as a hindrance to service and hence not eligible for claiming the service guarantee. If for any reason the customer cannot be contacted, or there is an insufficient passage to the delivery address, or a man-made or natural obstruction to arrive at designated location the offer stands voided.
Blowhorn reserves the right to cancel your request at any given point in time without intimation.
